Private residential project developed for a site in Dzerzhinsk, Belarus.
The concept explores the relationship between simple geometric volumes and dynamic polygonal roof geometry. The building combines a compact footprint with generous double-height living spaces and large panoramic glazing, creating strong visual connections between interior and landscape.
The architecture is based on a restrained material palette of dark brick, timber cladding and glass. The asymmetrical roof form defines the character of the house while improving spatial quality inside the main living areas.
Special attention was given to daylight penetration, spatial openness and the visual continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
